I took my dad, (89 year old to eat at Cimarrons for the first time early tonight. My dad had the Wild Alaskan Salmon with fresh Brocoli and sweet potatoe fries. He absolutely could not stop bragging about it all the way home. I had their filet, brocoli and sweet potatoe fries. Everything was awesome, including the atmosphere and the waitress (Jennifer). She said that they quit serving food and 1000 and then it turns into a lot of drinking. Wednesday is ladies night for half price drinks all night.

My wife and I hadn't been here in a while, so we decided to give it a try last week. Wow what an improvement they've made there. They've changed the decor and the restaurant has a much more welcoming feel.

They have also made some heavy modifications to menu, including the addition of sushi to their menu. My wife and I, being sushi fans, had to give it try for comparision to Shogun. Wow! We were so impressed. They're sushi is 10X better than Shogun could ever be, and a lot fresher. Of the 5 Sushi rolled I ordered, personal favorite were the Dynamite roll and Peppercorn Roll. My wife also ordered their Orange Chicken dish, which was also very good as well.

All in all I was very impressed on how they've changed this place, and look forward to returning in the near future.

I witnessed a bar fight at this restaurant where the manager and staff went outside to cheer it on. Not exactly the type of place you'd like to take someone on a classy date, much less relax.
